Rooted was founded by Casey Foster, WHNP-BC—a board-certified nurse practitioner with advanced training in hormone therapy, metabolism, and longevity medicine.
With two decades of experience in both academic and private practice, Casey blends evidence-based care with real-life empathy. She’s also a certified nutrition coach, menopause specialist, and strength & metabolic health educator.
